Meditating (For Me) The Easiest Way In The World

I keep coming back to this because I can't say it too many times. Centerpointe Research gives away a free Holosync CD, and that recording is what finally turned me into someone who actually sits down and meditates. Not the half-hearted kind either. The testimonials I read beforehand sounded almost too good, the sort of thing I had trouble believing until I tried it myself. (You'll find the link at the bottom on the left side of the page.)

The people there have been some of the easiest I've ever dealt with. Their support staff really does take care of you. When you start, there's a free online course, and they want you to write back about how you're responding to it. Each stage of the program comes with its own support letters, and most levels toss in a handful of extras at no cost.

I haven't finished everything. The program runs through many levels, and each one has taken me six months or so, which is fine because they tell you not to rush. Plan on giving it real time. Treat it as a habit, not a one-off.

On my disciplined days I put in an hour with the CDs. More often than not it stops feeling like homework, because the payoff is good enough that the session becomes the break you want instead of the chore you dread. I've also reached for them in the middle of the night when sleep wouldn't come.

Because the results are that solid, Holosync has quietly replaced the other self-improvement methods I might have gone looking for otherwise. And the cost tends to land around what a person already spends in a month on books and workshops for personal growth, sometimes less, with payment plans available.

The setup asks almost nothing of you. Use the materials they send; that's what they're for. Beyond that you only need a decent pair of stereo headphones (they sell them at a fair price) and something to play the recordings on. They've moved with the times too, starting on tapes, shifting to CDs, and now sending the audio through other electronic means. You aren't told to focus or concentrate on anything. You just listen, and the recordings do the rest.

A good share of what I've written here at www.myeverydaypsychology.com traces back, one way or another, to my own time with the Holosync Solution.
